Accessibility statement

Our goal

Waloca aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Text is large by default, colour is never the only way we show something, and everything can be used with a keyboard or a screen reader.

What we do

• Plain language, short sentences and large touch targets.
• Light and dark themes, and support for larger text and reduced motion.
• Every alert shows its level as an icon and a word, not just a colour.
• We test with automated checks and by hand on each release.

Known gaps

We're still improving how some pictures are described to screen readers. If something doesn't work for you, tell us.
