Using Waloca
Waloca gives families and helpers a calm daily story of what a Ring camera system observed at a home. You must be an adult who has the right to share the cameras you connect, and you must have the agreement of the person who lives there.
Only invite people the person you look after trusts. Don't use Waloca to watch someone who doesn't know or agree.
What Waloca can and can't do
Waloca reports what cameras observed. It can't see inside the home, and a quiet spell can have an ordinary reason. It can be late, wrong or unavailable, for example when a camera is offline or Ring is unreachable.
Waloca is not a medical device, a security alarm or an emergency service. If you think someone needs urgent help, call 911.
Plans and billing
Waloca is offered through Ring. Plans and payments are managed in Ring My Apps in the Ring app, not in Waloca.
Your data
You own your data. We use it only to run Waloca as described in the privacy policy, and we delete it when you ask.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will show the new version here. You can stop using Waloca at any time by deleting your household or removing Waloca in Ring My Apps.
