Waloca sees activity that your Ring cameras report, such as movement near a door, and, if you turn it on, small pictures from those cameras.
- It can't see inside the home, only what each camera sees.
- It can't tell who someone is, or how anyone is feeling.
- It can't see anything while a camera is offline, and it says so.
- A quiet spell can be completely normal. Waloca tells you what it saw and what it didn't.
Common questions
Alerts only come from rules you've confirmed, and only when the cameras were working and usually see activity at that time. If a camera was offline, we send a warning that we can't tell instead.
